As the founder of Premier Law, a boutique firm focused on real estate and telecommunications, Derek is a respected advisor to developers, community associations, and property owners, having negotiated and closed over $1 billion in real estate and telecommunications transactions. He specializes in bulk and retail service contracts, access and marketing agreements, site leases, and wireless infrastructure contracts, helping clients transform legal challenges into long-term strategic value.
Derek started Premier Law in 2015 and later transitioned to in-house roles, gaining invaluable industry perspective that now informs his practice. His experience includes serving in former in-house roles with a major telecommunications tower company and a national multifamily developer, bringing a unique combination of private practice precision and corporate legal strategy to every engagement.
